Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

Soyam Maison, headquartered in Maryland, USA, ships to all 50 U.S. states and to most international destinations. Some countries restrict the import of alcohol-based fragrances; if we are unable to ship to your destination, we will notify you and refund your order in full.

2. Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Bespoke and personalized creations require 10–15 business days in our atelier before shipment.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

• U.S. Standard: 3–5 business days — complimentary on orders over $149.
• U.S. Expedited: 1–2 business days — flat rate calculated at checkout.
• International Standard: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.
• International Express: 3–6 business days via DHL or FedEx.

All prices and shipping fees are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD, $).

4. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our atelier.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

6. Restricted Carriers for Fragrances

Because fragrances contain alcohol, they are classified as limited-quantity dangerous goods and must ship via ground or approved air services. This may extend transit times to certain destinations.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact care@soyam.maison so we can investigate with the carrier. Soyam Maison is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
