Refund Policy

1. Our Promise

Soyam Maison stands behind the craftsmanship of every fragrance we create. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following terms apply.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Standard, unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Bespoke & Personalized Items

Because bespoke and personalized fragrances are made to order, they are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at care@soyam.maison within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. How to Request a Return

Email care@soyam.maison with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Cancellations

Orders for standard products may be cancelled before they ship. Bespoke orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement; after that, production has begun and cancellation is not possible.
